Laptop display 1920x1080 replacement to 1600x900 or 1366x720....?

Hi..
Yesterday as an accident i got my laptop screen cracked It is an Asus R510LDV-DM529H,. The screen is 1980x1080 FHD of which replacement is about 150 euro's here in Nederlands which i dont have, I can get 1366x720, 1600x900 15.6 screen for about 30 euro's.. it it possible to replace that 1920x1080 with 1366x720 or 1600x900 if the connectors are the same.. Please help..

Yeah, it is possible. Just ensure the compatibility of the monitor before purchase as the connector maybe different.

Thank you for your answer, sure i will check everything like connector if 30 or 40 pins, if on left or right side is,, the only thing is that i need a slim lcd led panel 15.6 inch,, i can not go with 1080p as too expensive in holland so i will go with 720 or 900 as those are reasonable like 30 to 40 euro's..

UPDATE.. The required screen must be this.. which i am unable to find.. "15.6 inch Full HD LED back-lit USlim" is it something Ultra slim or what, if i got even the pixels right then the screen itself will not fit due the difference between slim or Uslim..

dont know what to do.?
