Solved! Laptop display issue.

Hi,

I have attached my acer AMD A4 laptop with 40inch tv for more than a year with HDMI. now when I detach laptop from HDMI display/ laptop hangs after few mins.

Plus, even when attached with HDMI I have to tilt a diplay our side to let it work without hanging and have to tap while it hangs to make it work.

How should I fix my laptop?\

Seems like you have a loose connection there, get that looked at.

Could be an issue on the motherboard, or the port wiggling and breaking connections. May need a motherboard swap.

It definitely sounds like a hardware issue, you need to have a laptop repair tech look at the system.

I thought about it but laptop it self $300 and I used it for 2 years I don't want to spend more than 50 on it.

I don't have any idea about charges in Canada
