Laptop doesn't turn on

I need help!!
I have a vaio laptop and the light of the power button turn on at first, then I hear the hard drive running but no light in front of my computer, complete black screen, and the fan is working too. can you tell me what happen please. on last thing I dismantled the hard drive and it seems doesn't have anything written too.

the situation is even with a new hard drive the laptop doesn't run. but I think there is a confusion word: I took the hard drive apart from the laptop. I didn't dismantle the hard drive sorry.
