So, currently i am using a window 10 lenovo flex 2 14. The thing was after i change my system locale language in the Region to Chinese, it require to restart my laptop. The problem is that after i click restart now, the laptop did not actually restart. Instead it go to the page asking me if i wan to repair or restart. Then it failed to restart. So i did the recovery and my laptop can be function again. However, when i restart my laptop again. It failed to restart again. So i did the recovery again and now im scared to restart my laptop. Anyway, after i did the recovery the laptop was still smooth. The main problem is it just failed to restart.

So, i would like to ask is this problem happened because i change the system locale language OR my window OS file has been corrupted. Any helps would be much appreciated. Thanks you.

Hi,

If the problem still does persist right after the Factory Reset without anything installed and yes that's the actual Recovery Image in your laptop that may be corrupted. What you can do to be sure is to run the Factory Reset using a System Recovery disc that is from the manufacturer.

But if the problem is happening right after installing some of your software already, it may be one of those 3rd party software that was installed that is causing the problem.
