Laptop fan run TOO fast and LOUD when I start up my laptop!

1. I already got the laptop cleaned from the inside so NO DUST OR WHATSOEVER inside
2. The fan did work for a few day later (working normal). Then it didn't work a few days after that. I decided open my laptop to check again!
3. After I unplug and plug the fan back again it work but it work with HIGH speed ( Usually it only work like this when I am playing game or rendering video but i suddenly run like that)
4. Now the problem that is always run at high speed and create noise!
Have any one experienced this issue ? Plz help me.

Dell Vostro 5560
Use for 3~4 years

OBVIOUSLY something wrong with the fan.

Did you replace it with a third-party? This maybe a good time to get a new one? Perhaps you bumped the temp sensor that controls the fan.

Never hurt go into BIOS and make sure fan setting correct.
