Laptop Fan Turn off after few seconds and isn't start at all

Hi ,
Model - Dell Inspiron N5010
Bios Virsion - A12

My laptop cooling fan turns off after around 2 seconds of bootup . Laptop battery is damaged and its not charging, but it was worked find with ac power .
But
After removing the two RAM's from the slots , fan working fine .
Please help me with this ..

Hi ,

My Dell N5010 laptop cooling fan turn off after 2 seconds of bootup .But windows working fine for a moment and shuts down because of over heat .

I have installed two RAMs and removed both and turn on the laptop ..With the beed sounds , fan working perfect .But when I install the RAM s again , again fan turn off after around 2 seconds.
Please help me ..
