Laptop for Artists

Im looking for a laptop with a touchscreen.
I don't want an apple product.
I was told to find one with i7 at least 8gb of ram and at least 256 gb storage space. I understand little to nothing about electronics.

Any suggestions?

pretty much no gaming, video editing and 2-D digital art. Maybe a little 3-D modeling but very very little.

Look at lenovo, if you could afford about $1200 you could get the p50 another great option is the p40 yoga its probably the best option for artists.
