Laptop for college

Hi I am was wondering what is the best laptop that I can get for €1100-1500 (I am from Ireland) .
It is needed for college . I am looking for something that has an ssd , the best CPU possible for the price range and is very reliable.

Well software = windows, office
Unsure of what else as I only get my results in late august and only get accepted into a course a week after that.
But my course choices are physics, mathematics and general science ( collages didnt specify any software for any particular course ) if that helps
