Hi! I need a laptop to replace the older. Can you help me?

Maximium 600€.
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Maximium 15 inches, but I prefer less.
3. What screen resolution do you want?
Minimium 1280x720.
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable replacement.
5. How much battery life do you need?
Minimium 4 hours.
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
No.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Programming (C/C++) and Web browsing.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
I would like an SSD, I don't need lots of capacity.

I don't have specific sites to buy form.

I don't like Levono, because their laptops have lots of vulnerabilities.

I want to use GNU/Linux distro on my laptop, so I prefer to buy laptops without an OS.
