Laptop for the sims

i want a laptop that i can play the sims on but not a gaming laptop i need to be able to do normal things like browsing the internet and writing papers for homework i have a budget of about $400

My partner plays sims 4 on a 4gb celeron laptop at 720p, so pretty much anything will run it. Below is a link to Neweggs 300-400 usd price laptops so any will be suffice, however remember sims is a windows game so you will not be able to get a Chromebook.

Really all of the laptops have a marginal difference, just go for a windows OS machine which looks and is the right size for you and you're set to go.
