Laptop for video editing slidshows help please

I have been looking at buying s New laptop 17.5 screen and found Lenovo Z710 with dedicated graphics card ,my laptop Samsung RF10 shuts down when rendering the slideshow as I gets to hot ,can anyone give me advise as to which laptop would be good and stay cool ,so I can create slideshows and use Photoshop ect with no lagging , I like to edit photographs and create slideshows using Proshow Producer which which is very involved ,so when the laptop turns itself off it is so annoying .

You need a strong cpu like an i7 and atleast 8gb of ram for your laptop.
These specs are usually accompanied by a good dedicated gpu like Nvidia 860m

Try to aim for those when you purchase a new one

The price is rather ok, for a 1920x1080 screen.
