Hello, everybody today I was wondering if it is possible to build a homemade gaming laptop from scratch (No barebook), and if so how hard would it be. Also how much would it cost to make it be able to play the latest games?

Yep got a couple. Some of the Nicest and most powerful come from Falcon Northwest little more expensive though.

Current place with the largest selection is Xotic PC they have a huge selection so you are pretty much guaranteed to find one in your budget range. I believe Sager is the current bang for buck champion.

If you list a budget and what you want from it I can make a suggestion if you would like.

No sadly that isn't something you can do. There is no standard and the boards are almost always built around the case they are going into. With laptops you pretty much just have to order one to your specs from someone.

Ok do you have a good suggestion for a company that could do a custom laptop?

Not sure which laptop you were looking at but that isn't bad at all. I would if you can get the GTX 880 instead faster and drop the killer and get the intel NIC just as fast but better support. The Diamond IC is just a selling thing as the paste it comes with stock is pretty great to start with. A SSD would definitely make it feel even faster.
