I have a HP Pavilion dv5z 1000 notebook with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, 3 gb of ram, an AMD Turion x2 dual core 2 ghz processor and an ati radeon hd 3200 graphics card. Can i play games like far cry 2, call of duty world at war, fifa 14, assassins creed brotherhood, prince of persia forgotten sands and prototype 1 with 25-30 fps at low to medium settings? Of not, what should i do to increase the performance (like downloading latest driver updates or using gmebooster)?

Even on everything low you won't get 20-30fps at those titles. Your GPU is just too weak. It's weaker than integrated gpus nowadays.

That would be getting a new laptop/pc or playing games from 2004.
