Laptop Gaming Performance

Hello, i recently purchased a HP 15 Notebook. Its specs are as follows:
AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics
AMD A8-7410 APU
2.2 GHz
8.0 GB RAM
1.7 TB
I have tried playing Rising Storm, despite 'Can You Run it' informing me i have the recommended requirements, the game is running terribly. The frame rate renders the game unplayable, even on the lowest of settings. Any ideas?
