laptop gaming performence went down bad

hi before 2 months ago my laptop gaming has gone very slow.
it used to work alot faster for the same games i played before.

i did everything the internet had to offer.
from reinstalling windows.
reinstalling graphic driver multiple times.
defragmeant disc
cleaning virus

shutting down anti virus.

what can be the cause? the temptures looks fine.

check to see what the cpu temperature is running at?

It could be that the laptop needs to be cleaned of dust as 95 is very high for the gpu when playing games. You also need to put thermal paste as it may have not be put on properly or dried up. You can use a laptop cooler as well if this doesn't work for you.
