Laptop gets stuck while loading OS

My Lenovo thinkPad started to get stuck and started lagging. I figured that I needed to install a new OS. I installed a nrew OS and the PC was good as new. The day ended and I sgut the thing down. the newxt time when I turned it on, it wouldn't go ahead from loading windows. i restarted 3 times, still no good. i ran the startup repair but nothing worked. i installed the again, the same thing happened again. I installed windows from the same USB on 3 other computers and theyre still up an running. i installed Linux on my faulty Lenovo, the cycle repeated. it started off ok on the first time but refused to load once shut down or restarted.
ive bought a new lisence for windows 10 pro, as it was the OS previously running on the system but it's still not helping.

The system always goes from BIOS to OS loading but the circles that circulate while loading windows 10 just stop after like 5 seconds and it stays like that. At first I thought it needed time but i gave it 9 hours but it was still at the same spot for 9 hours.(I put a camera with record at motion, it got nothing. It means it was stuck for 9 hours)

Note: If this problem started after an update (or system reinstall), please make sure the laptop is not connected to the internet in any way before you use the following instructions.

Try the following...

1. Power off the laptop.
2. Power on the laptop.
3. As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off.
4. Repeat this process a few times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.
5. Now you want to let the laptop boot to the "Automatic Repair" screen.
6. Click "Advanced Options" and then select "Troubleshoot".
7. Here you want to select "Refresh your PC", if you do not wish to erase data, or "Reset your PC" to erase all data and restore your system.
8. From here just follow the screen instructions until the recovery is completed.

NOTE: You will need to get into the "Advanced Options" in order to get the "Refresh Option". This choice will keep your data, but any programs installed will be lost.

Do not do a "Reset" as that will wipe all data you have on the laptop.
