Laptop Has Stopped Charging Altogether.

Hey, so I woke up this morning and went on my computer but noticed that it wouldn't charge. I also noticed that when I press specific keys, the laptop would double type with the key I pressed and some other random key. This stopped after 2 laptop restarts but my laptop still won't charge. I've tried different wall sockets, different charging cables and pretty much anything that I could think of. This happened last year and I got it repaired but all I noticed is that they only swapped my laptop harddrive out for a new one. I'm really unsure how to fix this and I am writing this from school on the unchargeable laptop which is going to die soon.
Please help me ASAP!

Hi, could it be a worn out battery? Try taking the battery out and reseating it into the laptop.

On the Power Supply to charge the laptop does it have an LEDs LIT to indicate its working?

Hi. I reseated the battery and it didn't charge still. I've checked the LED on the side that indicates the battery is charging but still no luck. At the current moment I've just got the battery out and I'm running it off the AC adapter.
