laptop hdd froozen

i had a crank call from so said microsoft guys they were scamers. now my laptop in bios says hdd froozen what can i do.even the passwords are gone
i have windows 10

Take it into a good shop and hope that they can at least recover your data. Did you let the scammers access your system, or is all that happened that they called?
