Laptop HDMI Output to HDTV no sound

Hello,
Looked for fix as described by Coaster86, but I can't find a sound setting for Digital Audio on my Lenovo U300s - is there something else I should do?

Click the triangle bottom right, right click the speaker icon, select playback devices, right click HDMI output blabla set as default.
