Laptop Heat up

Am using a lenovo ideapad z500
Core i7- 362
Cpu 2.2 ghz
8 gb ram
64 bit Windows 10
4 yr old laptop
When just browsing my core temp are at 80 degree.am gamer bt haven't played in a while .I see other post say normal is 40 ish temp and 50 is browsing type what may be wrong that you may point out I try go fix

Try these,
Use canned air to clean the inside.
Swap hdd with a ssd.
Use cooling stand with fans.
