Laptop is dead

My laptop was working yesterday but now when i turned it on it shows no sign of power then i plugged it into charger but the power charging indictor too didn't turn on and left the charger on for some time it still shows no sign of power what should i do now i tired the technique for holding the power button but then too my laptop won't turn on

You could try buying a new charger and take out the old battery. If this doesn't work then it means its the power jack which needs to be fixed.
