Hello this is my first post so I am having this issue with my laptop I will say what happened . While I am opening the laptop and setting it on idle bec. I am downloading some games from steam suddly my steam says no connection and the download stops I go and try to open a video but it doesn't open I go to open a game nothing happen so I go and turn it off but still it always get stuck at shutdown screen and I have to Prees the button for 15 second when I reopen it steam tell me that the game is not instilled and I have to redownload it and some other problem like 1- if I was playing sudden fps drop 2-the save files are gone/games/ 3-when I click on the internet sing in the right down of the desktop nothing happen no pop menu to show me what are the available wi-fi to chosee from please help me I am noob
