laptop keeps powering down

i have got a laptop that has a problem that from time to time it will just turn off out of the blue. it not the battery or the charger as they both charge and hold a charge fine

can anyone advice me if they have seen this problem before and how it can be solved

Could be a motherboard issue, maybe heat issue. Install HWMonitor and see how hot the CPU gets.
