Laptop keeps restarting Help!

I have MSi GE62 apache pro running on Windows 10. It runs perfectly when I use it at home but when I brought it at work it won't connect to the internet (probably not the office wifi fault because my other devices connected to it, even my macbook works well). Then when I tried to shut it down, the screen would turn off but the keyboard light would remain on for a few minutes then the unit would restart. No error message and such. It took 3 attempts before the laptop turned off completely. Is there any solution to this? I'm not really a techy person so could you guys help me in full details.

PS: That happened before with an error message "driver_power_state_failure" I brought it to MSi's store to have it checked and they just resetted it. After that it still didn't run normally at work but ran good at home.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.
- Next is to install the BIOS update available in MSI support site.

- About the wireless problem do uninstall/reinstall the wireless adapter.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the wireless adapter.
- Download and install the latest driver from MSI Support site.

- Once installed reboot your laptop then test it.
