Hello everyone,

I have a old laptop that I have not used in a while which is running windows 7. Since my laptop is password protected, I need to enter it to get in, but I cant because a key is being spammed. Is there any way to disable the keyboard with a hotkey, or a way to show the characters that are bring spammed?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks in advance

If a key is stuck, you might be able to unstick it, by one by one giving every key on the keyboard a firm tap. Don't hold them down, just tap them. After doing that with all of them, backspace out any actual keystrokes (although you can do this with the machine off), then see if you are able to sign in.
