Question Laptop Keyboard Locked?

Hi recently my keyboard was locked and I unlocked it with Fn+F4 if I recall correctly. Now it is locked again and nothing seems to be unlocking it. I tried uninstalling the keyboard. Resetting the laptop but still nothing works. Please help

The laptop is an Acer Aspire 3
