Laptop No Power On

Laptop wont power on - Steps I have taken:
1. Battery removed, ac unit only - No power
2. Battery in, no AC unit - No power
3. Removed battery + AC, held power for 1 minute - Connected AC - No Power
4. Reset HDD, Reset Ram & Swapped HDD's (Just to see) - No Power

The Laptops AC adapter indicator light is lit while plugged in.

I suspect the Mainboard. Or is there something else i left out?

Have you tried a different charger to make sure it is not the cord itself? Also, have you tried a new/different battery?

If you have, or those fail to be the fix, then you are probably right about the cause.
