laptop not booting to windows after factory reseting

so a while back I decided to reset my laptop which as an asus model x551mav. It was running windows 10 and it already had issues then the taskbar or home button wasn't working so I tried to reset a couple of times to windows 8.1 but it didn't work on the first few tries then when i thought it did. It then restarted then showed me the asus logo then the screen turned black and then it turns off I've already tried the holding the f2 but it didnt help me much ive also tried the: automatic repair, factory reset, refreshing my pc ,and etc. but they all need my password which for a hotmail account which i cant get in to i would really appreciate your help and plz answer quickly

If the only way to resolve this is a password, then we can't help with that issue. You will have to gain access to the email that you can get the password through, or contact the manufacturer to get assistance getting into the computer.
