Laptop not shutting down - Constant Shutting down mode

Hi, i am having same problem, Blue screen, Shutting down message. have tried the 10 second trick. But no joy!!! what can i do.
This has happen after I upgraded to windows 10

Hi,

First try loading it into Safe Mode and see if will shutdown again by itself.

To load Safe Mode:
- Turn it back on then start tapping on F8 repeatedly until it goes into Advanced Boot Option screen.
- Select Safe Mode then press Enter.
- Once Safe Mode has loaded click start then right click on Computer and select Properties.
- In Properties screen click on Advance system settings located in the left pane
- System Properties should open then click on Settings under Startup and Recovery.
- In Startup and Recovery screen make sure to uncheck "Automatically restart" since it's the option that make your laptop reboot into a blue screen if it finds some problem.
- Click on Apply then OK and close everything then reboot your laptop
- Observe the laptop and see if it restarts by itself again.
