Solved! Laptop Pcie x1 * not for graphics card

I want to mobile deploy a vr laptop (looking at.one with a 1070) and the vive wireless adapter solves a few problems but needs pcie x1 any ideas?

You could potentially get a laptop that has an unused m.2 port and get access to those PCIE lanes; other wise you'd need to give up the Wireless adapter slot but this ruins the "Mobile" part of your goal. I'm not sure if there are an m.2 adapters that bring the pcie lanes out for your use though. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in.
