Hello all!
I have a laptop with a faulty power board. The problem is in the board and in the bit of solder that connects the jack to the board it is broken. Can I solder it using regular solder?
https://ibb.co/nqOijm I believe you can see the issue in this photo I took.

Thank you for any help.

Hi, from the user's manual : "Wireless Switch, enables or disables the built-in wireless LAN and Bluetooth (selected models). When enabled, the wireless status indicator will light. Windows software settings are necessary before use."
If it is pretty stable and doesn't get flexed a lot with use solder will work fine and should be pretty easy with that exposure and distance from the board. If that doesn't hold there are other options.

Thatnk you for your reply. Didn't work thou, I got a replacment.
However that is a small black switch that was in a diferente position from mine. Can anyone tell me what it does and in what position should it be?
