Solved! Laptop power problem

Toshiba travelmate 4740, about 1 year no used. Now I charge it and try to power on but don’topen it. After full charge, I continue the charging and about 1 hour later I again press power button and power light blip when press. Then I continue the charging and about 2 hours later, laptop open. But after shutdow, same problem occored. Need about 2-3 hours charging, then it open. What should i do.

If your battery is removeable, take it out and try turning on with only mains electric power. The battery is most likely the prime suspect because it's so flat, it cant even pass power through itself.
