get one with at least 8GB ram. 128GB is storage is ok. 256GB probably better

CPU is on the min requirement. get one with better cpu

That system won't really be enough unless it's only the base SIMS game and no expansion packs. Between Windows, the space it needs for updates and the game, a 128 gb drive will run out of space quickly. And the CPU and video card will have a tough time running the game at decent speeds and settings.
