Laptop processor upgrade

I have i7 7700hq in my laptop, if I want to upgrade it which is the best processor

Laptop cpu's are rarely upgradable, the devices are designed with very restricted cooling, due to the small size; a more powerful cpu would generate too much heat and shut down.
That is assuming the BIOS will recognise the new cpu, laptop BIOS is very restricted on what you can do.

Which laptop?

Doubt you can change it as it is soldered and that is the max CPU for that motherboard so you need a new motherboard which essentially brings the need for a new laptop.

A 7700hq is as far as it's socket goes. It's the best you can have.
