Hi guys,

I do know a thing or two about PC components and made the following draft of what I want for in a laptop; first are the programs I regularly use.

Sketchup
Vray
Lumion
GIS
Arcgis
AutoCAD
3DS Max + simple render
Office
Illustrator
Photoshop
multimedia
Windows 10
Simple games(CIV, AoE, Source)

These are the specs I want, "minimaal" means minimum and "aanbevolen" means it has my preference. I have searched online and found a few that match most of the components.

Afmeting: 15 – 15,6 inch
Merk: geen voorkeur
OS: geen voorkeur
Resolutie: 1300x700 minimaal, aanbevolen 1920x1080
CPU: i5 4200U minimaal, aanbevolen i5 5200U
Geheugen: 4GB minimaal, aanbevolen 8GB
Videokaart: HD 5500/6000/GeForce 840m minimaal, aanbevolen R7 m260/ GeForce 940m
HDD: SHDD ~256GB minimaal/ aanbevolen SSD ~256GB
Geluid: geen voorkeur
toetsenbord: geen voorkeur
kleur: geen voorkeur

Budget 500 - 550 euro
Average 650 - 750 euro
Above average 700 - 850 euro

HP Pavilion 15-P234ND for ~630 euro and the HP Pavilion 15-p277nd for ~650 euro.

I prefer Asus over other brands but they don't seem to have something that fits me. Are my "demands" unreasable?

Thanks in advance!

You have a budget of 500-850 listed, if you can spend 850 you can get a system that will run CAD programs pretty well.

The issue is that exact models vary from country to country, but anything with an Intel i5 CPU (not the U models though) and a NVidia 840m and up will run your programs well. Look for a Lenovo Y50 or Y40, you may be able to find one in your price range, and for light gaming the Y40 is OK.
