Laptop question help

I have a laptop


Lenovo G500, Intel® Core™ i3-3110M Dual Core Processor, 15.6" HD
Screen, Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 1000GB HDD,
DVD Rewriter, Dedicated AMD 8570M Graphics, 59416543


When I go to device manager I see Intel HD graphics 4000 I do not see anything about AMD. I installed drivers which seemed to install ok but nothing comes up and AMD control centre can see nothing. Can anyone help me please

When did this problem being to occur?

Also, Lenovo doesn't have your specific model on their website, which is an issue, because you can't find your specific graphics drivers.

Where did you get the drivers from?
