So I have a toshiba L40dt https://www.toshiba.ca/productdetailpage.aspx?id=2147501567 with a samsung evo 850 ssd in it.

I've had random restarts before, so I resintalled windows 10, and it worked well for 2 months. Thought it was a common win 10 problem so didn't pay much attention to it.

But just the other day, it randomly restarted again, but then I can't even get into the login screen without it restarting again. So it just kept on crashing over and over again.

So I thought I'd downgrade to windows 8.1, but it would freeze up or restart itself at random times during the installation, sometimes once I start the installation, sometimes before the installer even loads up.

I tried to install windows 7 as well with similar freezes and restarts.

Thought might be a SSD issue, so plugged the ssd into my desktop and ran CrystalDisk, and it shows up as normal, I even copied a bunch of files on the ssd to the desktop. I wiped the drive completely and try to install different OS on it again and the same thing happens.

I swapped out the ram as well and still same things happen.

Anyone have any ideas?

some error messages I got:

90% of the time I get no error message, it just restarts. I'm really lost, any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Solution
That last BSOD means Failed or Failing CPU or Motherboard. Most likely the Processor though. usually caused by a temperature issue or otherwise.
