The ASUS one has a better cooling system and slightly build quality.

dont be confused ... the y720 its not the same with y520 its not the 17'' model =)) the y720 its way better then y520 just check the reviews! )) and i think its better, everyone is complaining about GL502VM cooling. Its been said that the 1060version came out alot later then the 1050, just because the cooling
