1. What is your budget?

$450

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

15.6" or 17"

3. What screen resolution do you want?

Doesn't Matter

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

Not sure, probably closer to desktop replacement than portable.

5. How much battery life do you need?

Minimal, will be plugged in mostly

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

I would like to play WOW on medium or high settings, I am interested in Guild Wars 2 but for my budget it may be a stretch.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

Primarily photo editing, and MS Office.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

500gb should be plenty

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

I have to go through amazon, I am using several amazon gift cards I received as graduation gifts.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?

Stand length of time I guess?

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?

For my budget I'm assuming DVD RW is about is good as i can do, anything above that would be gravy.

No real brand preference.

13. What country do you live in?

The United States

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.

Basically I would like a $450 laptop that I can play WOW on (Guild Wars 2 would be a plus), use for MS Office, Photo editing, surfing the web, streaming movies, etc. Thanks in advance for all your help.

lol just forget about it,

If you get a 500 -550 $ laptop you will be lucky to get one that play wow on minimum.

You will need to spend at least 600 - 800 to be able to play some games @ medium.

Unless you consider refurbish, but then you get only 90 days warranty but about 100 to 200 $ off

Here's what I suggest but not at 450 $

or shop for Asus / MSI are the better brands out there, try to get at least NVIDIA GeForce GT 610M minimum or ATI equivalent.

with core i5

This is about the best you can get under $450 i think, select the A10-4600M processor in the customization options to select the best videocard for that laptop(7660g)

Some benchmarks of that video card

For $529 you can get this HP (some people like to avoid this brand) with a 7670m, choose the "1GB AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7670M" from the graphics card option.

This is a supposed coupon for this laptop which idk how it works.
