All shops have a rule of thumb, if they have to turn a screw, it's a $100 + some charge. Go to you tube see if you can find your laptop, or something of similar make and model.
Buy hinges off EBay, and then follow tutorial on YT. Save a ton of cash.
If you have lots of money, give it to shop and prepare for LARGE bill.
 
You will need to replace the shell of the system, looks like not just the screen lid but from the pictures not easy to tell. Find cost of that online for your model, then add in maybe $100-150 in labor costs for a local place to swap things out. It may be easier and cheaper to just find a used working model of your laptop and swap your drive. That is not just a broken hinge, the mount to the hinge is broken.
