a friend of mine gave me her old laptop. nursing home now and her sister bought her a new laptop. The one she gave me is an HP 15.9 ". after I charged it up I could put in my information but hers is still there. if I took it to a place where they sell computers or actually repair could I get all of her information erased from the laptop? it is Windows 10. or should I just go and buy a new one.
