Laptop Restarts itself during startup screen broken...

my laptop (Acer Aspire) has a broken screen. I have used my monitor with an hdmi to play games on it for the past few months. Recently I installed windows 10 and a few days later the computer won't start up at all. I noticed also that while its starting up it restarts.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

First see if it will load into safe mode.
- Turn the laptop on the keep tapping F8 repeated until you see Advance Boot Option
- Select Safe Mode then press Enter
- In Safe Mode disable your startup items located in Task Manager
- Reboot the PC and see if it boots up into your desktop.
