Laptop restrating problem

Hello...i have a Acer Aspire E1 571G from long time ago, but never had this problem before. When i play game or watching something for about 1-2 hours its suddenly shuts down and turns on again. I dont think that is a heat problem because I have a fan pad to cool it, its not even warm and i never overheat it.

Any help?

download HWmonitor and check cpu and gpu temperatures under load. you can use it backround then check max temps

So.. after 30 min. under load my CPU is 55 degrees and my GPU is 55 degrees
Is that good?

if temps below 75 under load for cpu and gpu then all and you could try update bios .. disable antivirus and firewall m and all malware programs then run exe. use power cable + battery pluggd in when doin g it
