Laptop Screen Issues

Hello my laptop screen has a problem with certain webpages and applications .....When I open a webpage or a application the screen has this weird faintied squiggly lines it's been bothering me and i can't find the problem anywhere on the web. I can only see it on certain colors and i'm not sure if it's the pixles or what ......and it only happens when i open a webpage or an apllication and it's a pulsating squiglly lines that only lasts for maybe 4 seconds then it fades away and it happens everytime the web or app opens and solutions ???

You don't mention what the 'certain' sites and applications are. This may well be a factor, so that information would be helpful.
