Laptop screen problem or GPU?

Hi
I have a Asus n550 multimedia laptop and recently it's screen randomly flicks for a second and goes black(not turned off). It happen in games or watching movies or searching in net or even typing in Microsoft word and the sound of game or movie remain ok when the screen flicks and goes black. When that happened I connect it with HDMI cable to external monitor and everything was fine.
So what's the problem screen or GPU ????

Hi, I do not think it's the GPU, you can try to reinstall the cable for the screen, maybe you have a bad connection.
