LAptop shuts down during startup mode

hi i have a msi laptop. Its been 2 years since I bought it. The problem with it is that it shuts down during startup which is the time it will display starting windows. When I first encountered this problem I just ignored it and just turn my laptop on again. After few attempts it will run normally. But now everytime it reaches the startup it shuts down. I tried to access it on safe mode and it does not shuts down during startup. So I thought it was just an OS problem. I tried to reformat it and now it cant finish the installation because it shuts down during startup when not it safe mode. If I run it in safe mode it will prompt me to run the system normally so that it can finish the OS installation process. What do you think is the problem?

It's probably getting a lot of heat. 2 yrs is a long time. have you cleaned the fan? Is it running really hot?
