laptop shuts down when needs to go to sleep

My laptop shuts down when it has to go into sleep mode, I already searched every energie save option, switched different HHDs, installed windows like 8 times. checked the bios and it got the newest version. I don't know what to do anymore. Hibernation mode works fine but when i want to let my laptop sleep, it completely shuts down. I ran different hardware tests but all say the HDD is fine and the RAM is fine. How can i fix this?

So if hibernation works fine, whats wrong with using that?
Just turn off SLEEP in the power options.
Sleep is just "meh" anyway.

Because hibernation is way slower then sleep mode and because i want to know what is causing this problem so i can possibly replace it to prevent it from further malfuctions
