Laptop shuts off while Gaming

My laptop shuts off and restarts while gaming. (only when AC adapter is plugged in).
However if i power on the laptop and don't launch any game it won't shut off during the day.
At the moment i launch a game, even if the laptop won't shut off during the game, it will shut off within the next min/hours when i'm out of the game browsing or doing other stuff.

Any ideas?

- reinstalled OS
- applied new thermal paste
- reseated RAM
- cleaned it
- scanned it for virus
- updated BIOS
- strecthed the GPU
- temps are fine
- shuts off only when on AC
