Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by uninstalling/reinstalling the wireless adapter of your laptop.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the wifi adapter.
- Once done reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- If these doesn't work you may need to connect your laptop hardwired and download the latest wifi driver from Sony Vaio support site.
- After installing the latest driver do try if your laptop would connect wireless.
- If these doesn't work try toggling the shortcut key to enable/disable your wireless adapter. (fn + F key)
- Also do try turning off your antivirus software and see if that will do the trick.
- Last option would be to reinstall windows itself if all these will not work.
