Laptop space bar and enter keys have reversed roles

When I press enter it does the function of the space bar and the space bar switched to the function of the enter key

Not 100% sure, but StickyKeys may have been enabled?

Assuming you're using Windows 10, turning StickyKeys off (if that is the issue) is pretty simple:

Simultaneously press two keys (e.g. Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Windows Logo Key, etc.) on the keyboard.
